The CPR Institute and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) North American Branch offered a joint three-day international arbitration training and qualification program, leading to CIArb’s prestigious Fellow status. The three-day Accelerated Route to Fellowship program is designed for senior practitioners in the field of dispute resolution. Fellowship is the highest grade of CIArb membership and allows the use of the designation FCIArb.
The program focused on applicable laws and procedures for the conduct of efficient arbitration hearings in complex international cases. Satisfactory assessment of performance in role play exercises permitted candidates to take the award writing examination for qualification as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, administered as part of the program.
