CIArb’s North America (NAB) and Brazil Branches, and the University of Miami Join Forces on Capacity Sharing Program
Brazil has become one of the most dynamic arbitration markets in the world. This online program will offer world-class arbitration training to arbitrators, practitioners, and students across Brazil, including a focus on the traditionally markets less exposed to alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as the cities of Manaus-AM, Goiania-GO and João Pessoa-PB.
The Brazil Arbitration Capacity Sharing Program is scheduled for October 13th and 14th 2021, from 10:00 to 12:30, Brasilia time, each day. Registration is free. You can register at the following link: https://miami.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_oDO1hPiQQtO-_3lUsDimbA
The Program is sponsored by leading institutions in the field of arbitration: the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) North America Branch, as well as the CIArb Brazil Branch and the University of Miami International Arbitration Institute, a premier global provider of education focused on international arbitration.
This exciting program will cover a range of topics related to arbitration, including the advantages of arbitration, the scope of arbitration clauses, arbitral institutions, the place of arbitration, applicable law, procedures, and timelines.
The program faculty will feature leading figures in the field of arbitration. Ms. Ann Ryan Robertson, CIArb President, will deliver the keynote address.
We look forward to welcoming you to this important event.
