Join the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators’ (CIArb) seven Americas Branches, Bahamas, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, Caribbean, New York and North America in Miami on October 7th for its first-ever CIArb Americas Conference. A Conversation Among Leading Arbitrators: Best Practices and Perspectives Navigating the Current Economic and Political Landscape (The Practice) Some of the today’s top arbitrators will share their views on the best practices currently in use in the management of arbitral proceedings, including on issues such as the presentation of evidence, privilege, disclosure of information, arbitrator deliberations and drafting of the arbitral award.
