Deborah arbitrates and mediates complex commercial, construction, infrastructure, energy and intellectual property disputes internationally and in the USA. She is a Fellow of the CIArb, a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, a Fellow of the Dispute Board Federation, and a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. She is a member of the Neutrals Panels of the American Arbitration Association (Large Complex Case, Mega Project, Master Mediator, International and Dispute Board Panels), the International  Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, ICC, LondonCourt of International Arbitration, Trinidad Dispute Resolution Center. Graduated from Northeastern University School of Law and MIT School of Architecture and Planning.
