Jeremy Bloomenthal FCIArb is a US and UK qualified lawyer engaged primarily in international commercial arbitration, investor-State arbitration, and cross-border disputes. Jeremy established his own firm in the Boston area in 2017, after practicing at large law firms in New York, Tokyo, and Geneva.

Jeremy regularly serves as an arbitrator in commercial, financial, and consumer disputes. He advises and represents clients, or serves as an independent tribunal secretary, in international commercial arbitrations and investor-State arbitrations involving the energy (oil & gas, solar power), life sciences (pharmaceuticals, medical devices), construction, technology, banking, and defense industries. Jeremy is experienced in arbitrations conducted ad hoc under the UNCITRAL Rules or administered by widely used international and regional arbitral institutions, such as the ICC, LCIA, AAA-ICDR, SIAC, PCA, SCC, JCAA, KCAB, and Swiss Arbitration Centre. Jeremy has frequently been appointed as a secretary to international arbitral tribunals composed of some of the world\\\'s leading arbitrators.

In his disputes practice, Jeremy draws upon his broad background in US litigation and cross-border transactions. He has advised on, conducted due diligence for, negotiated, documented, and executed M&A, joint venture, joint development, and patent and technology licensing transactions, many of them in an international context in the Asia-Pacific region. Jeremy is experienced in the review, drafting, and negotiation of commercial contracts, as well as in corporate law, and continues to advise in these areas.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts, and England and Wales (solicitor), Jeremy holds a Swiss LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and a Practitioner\\\'s Certificate from the Swiss Arbitration Academy.
