Lawrence A. “Larry” Saichek is an AV rated attorney and a CPA focusing his practice on real estate and corporate law, business transactions and mediation and arbitration.  Larry has successfully closed real estate purchases, sales, leases and financings with a cumulative total value of over $2 Billion. Larry works with small and medium sized businesses as a consultant and adviser in entity formation and structure, contract drafting and negotiation, strategic planning, corporate acquisitions, dispositions and financings and other general transactions.  Clients often refer to Larry as their outside “in house” counsel.  A certified mediator since 1992 and an arbitrator since 1995, Larry’s ADR experience includes presiding over more than 2,000 cases on a wide variety of issues.  Additionally, Larry is on the mediation and arbitration panels of the American Arbitration Association, the arbitration panels of FINRA, AHLA and CPR and is a CIArb Fellow.   Larry is also available for private arbitrations.  He is also an approved mediator for the United States District Court – Southern District of Florida, the State of Florida Department of Financial Services and United States Department of Agriculture.  Larry is a former Chair of the Florida Bar Fee Arbitration Committee and was on the Executive Council of the ADR Section of the Florida Bar from 2011 - 2017.  In 2000, the Florida Supreme Court appointed Larry to the Mediators Qualification and Discipline Board.
