Sean’s legal journey began at a young age, learning the craft of lawyering by observing his grandfather’s law firm in action. A graduate in both Civil Law and Common Law, Sean has built a distinguished career, specializing in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration. He brings extensive experience in handling international disputes across sectors such as Oil and Gas contracts, telecom, sales contracts, transfer of technology, build-operation-transfer contracts, construction, marine transportation, insurance, and cross-border financing and investments. Sean has served as an arbitrator and a member of the award scrutiny court at the ACIC, and has participated in numerous international arbitrations as counsel or arbitrator. In addition to his overseas admission to practice law, Sean is licensed to practice in Washington DC and the state of Georgia.
