Before taking the bench, Judge Ginsberg was an avid litigator, having tried dozens of jury trials to verdict, and has been Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (Personal Injury Trial Law) since 2003. While serving full-time on the bench, Judge Ginsberg earned a Master of Laws (LLM) (with merit) from the University of London in International Dispute Resolution, focusing on international commercial arbitration, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public International Law (with distinction), also from the University of London. Judge Ginsberg also holds a Certificate (Directed Studies Program) in Private International Law from the Hague Academy of International Law. Judge Ginsberg is currently pursuing a second LLM from the University of London, in Maritime Law.
