Fernando Orrantia Dworak MCIArb is a shareholder of Greenberg Traurig since 2015 and heads its commercial arbitration practice in Mexico, acting as counsel to parties and arbitrator in domestic and international commercial arbitration procedures, in addition to his experience advising clients on domestic and international M&A transactions, corporate and project financing, and regulatory matters in the port and transportation infrastructure, real estate, petrochemicals and fuels (midstream and downstream) sectors.
