Mary Anne Wolf, PE, FCIArb, brings 40 years of engineering and legal expertise to complex technical, construction, and commercial disputes. She is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association commercial, construction, and large cases panels and a mediator and arbitrator at Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions (LA). She has served as both sole and panel arbitrator, written complex awards, and managed a wide range of arbitration issues. She received her mediator certification from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and serves on the U.S. Middle District (LA) neutral panel for Hurricane Ida claims. She is a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Ms. Wolf is a licensed professional engineer and worked as a project electrical engineer in the construction industry for 10 years before law school. She has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and is recognized by Super Lawyers (2024) in construction litigation.

She is a frequent speaker at conferences and author of articles for construction industry professionals. She is a member of the American Bar Association (construction & ADR sections), Louisiana Engineering Society, ACEC of Louisiana, AIA-Louisiana, Louisiana Associated General Contractors, Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, Women\'s Energy Network (LA), and Louisiana State Bar Assoc. (construction & ADR sections).

As a litigator or arbitrator, she has handled complex multimillion-dollar claims involving design and construction defects, construction delay claims, contract disputes, installation errors and equipment failures at petrochemical and other industrial facilities, unfair trade practice claims, some intellectual property issues, hurricane and other catastrophic losses, and product liability claims, as well as pre-claim assistance and early dispute resolution negotiations.
