Mary Anne Wolf, PE, FCIArb, brings 40 years of engineering and legal expertise to complex technical, construction, and commercial disputes. She is an arbitrator on the American Arbitration Association commercial, construction, and large cases panels and a mediator and arbitrator at Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions (LA). She has served as both sole and panel arbitrator, written complex awards, and managed a wide range of arbitration issues. She received her mediator certification from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and serves on the U.S. Middle District (LA) neutral panel for Hurricane Ida claims. She is a fellow in the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Ms. Wolf is a licensed professional engineer and worked as a project electrical engineer in the construction industry for 10 years before law school. She has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating and is recognized by Super Lawyers (2024) in construction litigation.
