Sandra A. Jeskie, FCIArb, JD/MBA, is a seasoned arbitrator (panel chair, wing and sole arbitrator) in complex business disputes involving technology, intellectual property and commercial matters. She also engages in Early Neutral Evaluation and serves the courts as a special master, mediator, and judge pro-tempore in a variety of complex business technology and/or intellectual property disputes.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), and serves as a neutral for American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). Ms. Jeskie also serves on the Executive Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, North America Branch and on the board of directors for the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center and is a member of the American Law Institute (ALI).

Practicing in California and Pennsylvania, Ms. Jeskie brings energy and enthusiasm to her ADR practice, helping litigants resolve their most challenging disputes efficiently and cost effectively. Her training in domestic and international arbitration includes programs administered by the AAA, ICDR and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Technology – recognized for her ability to understand technical details and complex matters. She has 16 years of experience as a computer scientist served as President of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) and has been recognized by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) as one of the world’s leading technology arbitrators and mediators on their “Tech List.” She has experience in software, licensing, e-commerce, outsourcing, internet, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, privacy, security and smart contracts.

Intellectual Property and Pharmaceutical – experience in a variety of IP disputes, including but not limited to patent infringement, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress, and licensing. She was acknowledged for her work in Law360 as a topflight IP attorney.

Commercial Disputes – experienced in a variety of complex commercial matters including shareholder disputes, financing, lender claims, antitrust, real estate, hotels and hospitality, property management, class actions, business torts, precious metals, healthcare fraud, products liability, retail, consumer products and estate claims. Ms. Jeskie has an MBA in finance and is a co-author of a chapter in the acclaimed treatise Business and Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts.

Transportation And Construction – experience in transportation and transit related disputes and matters involving construction and technology related construction projects.
