Reminder of Annual General Meeting and Election of Branch Board of Directors on December 13, 2022

Dear Members,

The Annual General Meeting of the North America Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (“NAB”) will be held at 10 a.m. Eastern Time (NY Time), on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, by Zoom. Please register here

The Agenda for the AGM will be:

  1. Call to Order. Appointment of Chairperson for the AGM 2020. Confirmation of quorum.
  2. Summary of 2022 activities
  3. Report of NAB’s treasurer
  4. Confirmation of new and rejoining members to the Board of Directors members (Pursuant to the Bylaws and Annex 2 thereto, the following persons have been deemed elected for the 3 year terms beginning on January 1, 2023: Laura Abrahamson FCIArb, Sunu Pillai FCIArb, Peter Rosen FCIArb, Harout Samara FCIArb, and Reena Soni FCIArb).
  5. Any Other Business
  6. Meeting Adjourned
